Shipping Policies
Our orders ship Monday-Friday out of our warehouse in New Jersey. An email with tracking information will be sent once an order has been shipped.
Our warehouse closes at 3 pm EST. If you place your order after that time, your order will be shipped the next day. Please take that into consideration when placing your order. Our warehouses are constantly taking in orders, and we want to personally make sure that your order is perfect with hands-on accuracy.
NOTE FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: If shipping outside of the United States, custom charges may apply. This can include additional duties, taxes, and/or brokerage fees. We are not responsible for such additional fees as they depend on your personal country, local tax rate, and customs department.
ADDRESS CHANGES: We strive to have the same-day order processing. Unfortunately, that does mean we do not have the ability to change shipping addresses post-purchase. Please confirm your address before submitting it.
MULTIPLE LOCATIONS: Unfortunately, we are not able to separate an order and ship to multiple locations. If you wish to send items to different locations, you will need to place a separate order for each shipping address.
